These terms govern use of the OkAlumni platform currently powering the JKUAT Alumni Association. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and respect other members and the association.

Account Eligibility

Registration is intended for genuine alumni and approved members of the association community. Submitting false identity, academic, or contact information may lead to rejection, suspension, or removal of access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the directory, messaging, events, elections, or administrative tools; attempt unauthorized access; or upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to other users or the association.

Verification and Access

Email verification confirms control of your email address, but platform access may still depend on alumni-office review and approval of your submitted record.

Privacy and Communications

Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to essential account, security, and operational communications related to your membership and activity on the platform.

Changes

The association may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
